Attendants . This individual will be the responsible for the day-to-day operations of the area,

administrative duties and the development of the staff. Slot Supervisor must have excellent guest

services skills. Person must be trustworthy and be comfortable working with money. This position

requires accuracy when exchanging large denomination currency for smaller denomination currency.

Oversees and assists in making jackpot payoffs and minor machine repairs. Slot Supervisor must

observe slot play for illegal machine tampering or abuse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Set up work schedules for lead slot attendants and slot attendants

 Staff development activities like training and organization of work

 Provide guidance on day-to-day tasks and activities of staff

 Handle constructive criticism, praise and performance evaluations for staff.

 Communicate operational information to ensure that staff is well informed about procedures

and changes as they occur

 Circulates around casino floor observing players and functions of machines

 Must handle tickets and currency

 Assists in making jackpot payoffs and minor machine repairs

 Logs all jackpots, fills and machine repairs done appropriately

 Responsible to ensure Federal cash reporting requirements are met

 Responsible for accurate payment and documentation of all jackpot payoffs

 Promotes positive guest relations; displays a courteous and helpful demeanor at all times

dealing with the public

 Must be able to communicate and interact with others while maintaining a pleasant and

positive manner at all times

 Reports emergencies such as intoxicated, annoying or cheating guests to Management

immediately

 Promotes and maintains necessary communication between self, coworkers and managers to

ensure controlled operation of casino floor

 Provides guest services such as, being informed about casino (activities, events, tournaments,

and location of deli, gift shop, restrooms, observation deck etc….)

 Must keep work area clean

 Must be safety conscious and adhere to all company rules at all times

 Meets company attendance requirements

 Use guest service skills as identified in the Employee Recognition Program
